The old roof vent (top pic) from my RV restroom is taller and less diameter than the new one. I did not use it because the vent pipe would need to be reduced in length. The new one was offered on Amazon as an RV vent cover and it may be,  but it  does not fit my application. I saw the same new vent offer at Home Depot as a mobile home replacement unit.
