Sunday I leave Sunland Park, NM traveling towards Tucson, AZ. Check in at Pima County Fairgrounds is scheduled for 18 March. Activity is provided by Family Motor Coach Association108th International Convention. I volunteered to work as an information provider giving guidance to lost soles that can not find their way.

Windy during the four nights stay at Sunland Park, 27 mph with 55 mph gust. Amazing to watch horses race in such conditions. I bet on number 2 which came in near last. The one arm bandits equally unkind.

Permanent rides across the parking lot from the casino. Riding in these gusty winds must add thrills. My back will no longer take such abuse.

White Sands National Park is 83 miles from Sunland Park, NM.
